Next get rid of at least some of it if not all. Continue to take inventory of your present environment like this until you mimic how your environment would be when you have achieved your outcome. If you are working on becoming a non smoker you can follow the same principle. Perhaps you get a bunch of clothes specially cleaned to mimic how nice your clothes will smell when you have achieved your outcome.
